Who We Are

Pastor JH Forester and First Lady Payal

431 Global Co-Founders

Pastor J is a native of the Triad area of North Carolina and is President of the Board of directors for 431. He has served in a variety of ministries previously for over 30 years. (1990) Pastor J has served in world missions and worked in the organization of the formation of churches in some of these countries. One of his gifts is the gift of writing. He wrote Books of Doctrine and Policy and Procedure Manuals for organizations.   Most recently, He wrote a pastoral manual for pastors serving in Uganda Africa. Pastor J is a singer and has ministered for years in music. Pastor J has a bachelor’s degree in Theology and a master’s degree in Divinity.

Born in the Fiji Islands, Lady Payal was raised Hindu and has a powerful testimony of finding Christ. She looked to many gods but only found real peace and answers in one – Christ. Upon accepting and receiving Christ, she was led into the mission field, serving In the United Kingdom, Israel and Egypt.  Lady Payal is a prayer warrior and leads intercessory prayer for the ladies. She enjoys praying for others in their prayer garden.

In 2012, Lady Payal and Pastor J were married.  Together, they did Crusades in Fiji Islands in 2014. In 2015, they welcomed their oldest daughter Grace into their lives.  Their second daughter Faith soon followed in 2016. The joy that they both have shared since then has indeed been fulfilling, yet it has been the greatest responsibility they have endeavored. It is in this responsibility that 431 Global is where God has  placed  them and it is their prayer this is where they will be when Jesus cracks that sky and brings us all home.

Pastors Kenneth and Shannon McMiller

Music Directors/  Youth Programing Directors

Meet the ministries of Kenneth J. McMiller and Shannon D. McMiller. They have operated in practically every ministry of the church since submitting their lives to Christ in 1974 and 1985. With Bachelor Degrees in Theology (https://www.fcu.edu/)  and a Certification in Biblical Studies (https://www.liberty.edu/) you can find them leading a worship team or teaching the truths of Jesus Christ and the wondrous works manifested in their lives (and that of their children) in Fayetteville and Sanford, NC.

This ministry team began September 6, 1986, when the two became one. Over 35 years later God is still on the move as miracles, signs, and wonders follow the music ministry of what once was “The Master’s Praise” in Central Florida. In June, 2019, God ordered their steps to Fayetteville, NC, where they now abide. They have been viable servants of the Bread of Life in Sanford, NC, since the first week of arrival.

As the newest pastors of 431 Global Ministries, they look forward to the “new thing” God is  doing in the land of the living as He teaches those who are in need to “seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33)

Their social media presence can be found on FaceBook under Kenneth McMiller or Shannon McMiller. While you’re there, check out “The Morning Cup”, a daily devotion addressing what matters most - God’s point of view. For prayer requests, praise reports, or just a need to breathe, contact them at kjmcmiller2019@gmail.com.

In return, pray that they remain steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord as they uphold one another, frolic with their hound dog, Buddy, and rejoice in the new addition of grandchildren God has added to their lives.
